your role
As a volunteer, you'll interact with guests, assist with operations, and support special projects for a positive experience.
- Guest Interaction and registrationWelcome and assist members, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
- Bar ServicePrepare and serve materials, maintain cleanliness of the bar area, and ensure stock levels.
- Members SupportAssist members, set up member lists, and provide support during their stay.
- General TasksMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the club, assist with promotional activities, and participate in team meetings.
what we're looking for
We're searching for someone fluent in Spanish and English, with a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere and strong interpersonal skills. Additional language skills are a bonus.
- Language SkillsFluency in Spanish and English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
- ExperiencePrior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required. Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- PersonalityWe're looking for someone outgoing, friendly, and able to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- CommitmentThis is a minimum 40-hour per week commitment. You must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
compensation
Join our vibrant social club! We're looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team. You'll work 40 hours per week, earning €8 per hour plus tips. We offer a fun and rewarding environment with potential for bonuses.
